We Are Committed to the UNIVERSAL CHURCH

We desire fellowship with other members of the body of Christ and promote harmony and reconciliation at every opportunity.

 Our Scriptural Foundation

Based on Isaiah 61:1-3,

 Good news to the afflicted - I see a church that preaches the gospel from the pulpit and from the practicality of how we chose to live our lives on a daily basis.

Binding up the broken hearted to proclaim liberty to captives, and freedom to prisoners;

 – I see the church gifted and empowered by the Holy Spirit, using the supernatural gifts of 1st Corinthians 12, Word of knowledge, word of wisdom, tongues, interpretation of tongues, healings, Faith and all the rest… to literally be Jesus on the earth, being His voice, being His hands all for the purpose of bringing healing to broken people.

To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord - I see this church telling people who are hopeless that there is hope in Christ, this world is not all there is! Jesus is coming back!

I Thessalonians 4:16-18 says…

16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. – I see lives that once were defeated becoming victorious lives in Christ! That is what Holy Spirit is trying to reveal here! Gladness instead of mourning, praise instead of fainting.

This kind of church will be called “The oaks of righteousness.” the planting of the Lord, the display of His splendor.

Are we practical in our approach to this spiritual insight?  I believe so…. Our vision, mission and core values are very practical and within our grasp.

Spiritually speaking this congregation is rock solid!
